Barefoot Fitness
Unleash your body's natural potential in Barefoot Fitness! This class is designed to reconnect you with fundamental human movement. We'll ditch the shoes to strengthen the small muscles of the feet and ankles, improving your balance, stability, and proprioception. Through a combination of natural movement patterns (like crawling, balancing, and climbing), foundational strength training exercises, and elements of play, you'll build robust, resilient strength from the ground up. Get ready to move better, feel stronger, and rediscover the joy of your body's innate capabilities!

Women’s Strength & Skill
Women's Strength & Skill is a specialized movement class designed to support and empower women through every stage of life. Focusing on safe, effective strength training and targeted skill work, we cater to the unique needs of the female body, including considerations for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause. The curriculum integrates natural movement principles to build core stability, functional strength, and pelvic floor health, helping you improve resilience and physical confidence. Join us to build a strong, capable body and master the skills necessary for long-term health and vitality.
