I have worked in various wellness and fitness roles in healthcare, the military and corporate industries. I have enjoyed working with individuals and groups in achieving their wellness goals. One of my professional goals is to always be in a place to help people age adventurously. I am also deeply committed to helping individuals utilize strength training along with play to move through life’s obstacles and past traumas. I also facilitate men’s groups incorporating rewild principles and movement.

I have always felt at peace in wild, outdoor settings. I have always dreamed of spending the bulk of my time outside, living in-tune with the seasons. While I seemingly did well in more traditional, professional settings, it never felt quite right.
I am grateful to have a little piece of “wild” space where I can invite you to connect with yourself, others, and nature. I have a love for people, planning, and living authentically. I use my skills to help people and organizations define where they want to go, how they want to get there, and develop plans to get started, with a human-centered approach.
I have a masters in organizational management and a bachelors in economics and environmental studies. I have spent over 14 years working in a variety of organizational settings, in roles from directing sales and customer success, program development, and project management. It is a joy to help people and organizations have hard conversations with each other and themselves in order to help them along their journey.
