Driftless Sanctuary

Just south of Wilton, Wisconsin, lies a landscape shaped by time, not glaciers. Our farm rests on ancestral Ho-Chunk land, a region defined by an ancient history of deep stewardship and unyielding resilience. Today, this rugged sanctuary serves as a living classroom and premier destination for natural movement. Surrounded by world-class trail networks and wild ridges, we invite you to move, play, and train in a place where human strength and environmental reciprocity meet.

“We respectfully acknowledge that Strength Play Nature operates on the ancestral homelands of the Ho-Chunk Nation.”

  • Rock was the coach for my MovNat certification that I completed in Chicago, and it was a blast. Rock is someone who is genuinely interested in getting to know people and helping them integrate movement into their lives. He takes his curiosity and turns it into knowledge regarding all things health and wellness. If you're in Wisconsin and looking for an alternative to the traditional gym experience, be sure to check out Strength Play Nature and have a chat with Rock!
